BENUE State All Progressive Congress (APC) aspirants in the last elections have resolved to reposition the parity for better performance ahead of 2023.
Their leader Bem Idyar Garba made this known to reporters after their meeting in Donny Hotel, Makurdi, the Benue State capital.
Garba, who lost the APC primaries for Vandeikya / Konshisha Federal Constituency ticket, said it was obvious that all was not well with APC family in Benue State after the general elections.
He said steps must be taken to unite the party members.
According to him, for APC and its members to remain stronger and relevant, aggrieved members must be reconciled to work together for the overall good of the party.
According to the son of Benue APC chieftain, Gen. Indyar Garba, who is the Board Chairman of NIMASA, “APC must mobilise support for President Muhammadu Buhari and other key political office holders so that they can deliver democratic dividends to Nigerians in line with our manifesto”.
Some APC aspirants who attended the meeting pledged their support for Buhari and APC stalwart Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
